Default Good 4x4 vehicle for the GF.

my gf's looking into getting a vehicle finally and can't decide what to get. me being a GM diehard i say get a chevy. she does want decent mileage but also wants 4x4 as she lives on a shitty dirt road. but on the other hand i think she'd look sexy in a wrangler lifted at that. what do 97-up wranglers get for mileage with the 4.0? i wouldn't let her get a 2.5 as they have no balls.

Putting a price range on what you (or her) are willing to spend might help. Can get alot more vehicle for the money with a XJ than a TJ. Also more room for car seats if the need arises...
