Default Your favorite brand of Scotch

Alright, men... we'll leave the prissy bitches to their martinis in the other thread.

What's your brand of scotch?

Personally, I like Glenlivet 18 or Johnnie Walker Gold Label if I'm buying. I REALLY enjoyed JW Blue Label when I had it at a tasting event, but at $200-something a bottle, it's not what sits in my flask.

Oban 32 is great as well.

Always neat, never "on the rocks" or cut with water.

Not really a scotch fan - when I drink it it's usually Johnny Walker red or black

Whiskey on the other hand.....

I make no claim to expertise, but I like Johnnie Walker Black, Glenlivet, Gelnfiddich.
But of course, that's about all I've ever had for nice scotch.

I like Wild Turkey too, but that doesn't count.

Bakers Bourbon for the win!

Ahh...I've had anywhere from 30 year old McKallan (sp) the cheap shit and I still go back to my old stand by Dewars white label.

I'll agree on the Oban, but for the money Speyside is great. Give me a single malt. I also perfer anything with a less smokey peet taste.

Its JW blue. That is my favorite, and when that rare occasion comes that I want some, this is what I drink...

Good list

If you're into cigars, I highly recommend the Maker's Mark ones. Nice flavor, smooth, and not all that expensive. They're about the best that I've had the pleasure of trying.
