Here are some pics of what has been done this winter so far.
Recenterd H1's. Stamped centers w/rings from TAB.

Working on grooving up a set of 38 TSL's

Tube front fender flairs tied into the front bumper.

2x3x.250 wall rockers, cut out the old ones and welded them in. What a bitch.

Rear tube fender flairs tied into the rockers and the rear bumper.
Not perfect but I am learning to use my bender.

And the rear bumper and tire carrier.

I like those fenders Dale, I was thinking of something like that for my ZJ...but not much room to do it in the rear.

Looking good Dale. I still think you need to pull your spare tire in closer to the tailgate. It will give you a better departure angle and keep it from being so bouncy. Everything else looks great.

I will get to re-engineering the tire carrier at some point, advice taken and appreciated.

Hot Powder Coating/Kelly Industrial Services in St. Charles did the powder coating.

It's been out on the trails all last summer and a couple times during the winter.
Hence the need for more updates.

Nice, what size and kind of tubing did you use for the tube flares? I just ordered up a welder and will be tackling the same mod here shortly.

1.25 o.d. DOM for the flares.

Made major progress on the steering this week.
Mount finished. Tie rods mocked up waiting to be tig welded.
All the lines run, bled and system tested.

Got the reservoir mounted as high as I could.

I understand the reservoir needs to be as high as possable, I am going to try it here and if it gives me trouble cavitating, I will cut a hole in the hood and move it up.

Got 2 more tires grooved. Undecided on grooving the spare.
