Default Epoxy Floors

i know im new here but I just wanted to let everyone know that i install epoxy floors for a living. my dad owns the installing company and i worked with him part time/ off and on for 2 years while i was in high school. and ive
been working full time for the past 8 years.

Some of the places ive worked at are: GM proving grounds, GM tech center, GM lansing, van dike fords, phizer in ann arbor, U of M hospital. new post office in pontiac, hemlock semi conductors, new toyota in saline, and eddy's ice cream in ft wayne. all our epoxy is industrial grade stuff, not the cheap "you coat it", rustolum, and other epoxys they sell over the counter.

i do garages, pole barns, basements all on the side. i can do a basic one color coat all the way up to a custom color flake floor. im located in hartland MI but im willing to travel some.

here is a link to some pictures.

if anyone has any questions, please feel free to send me a PM.

Looks like a few of the photos you have show a floor that is pitted/cracked bad. How does that work on floors like this?

I have a garage floor that was layed very bad. It has high/low sections, cracks and pits. Would be intrested to see if/how the epoxy coating could help.

that type of floor would need more then just coatings. i have a couple different ways to fix then but he price would go out a lot. i have a trowel down system that i could use to level the floor out. or i could try and grind the high spots so they taper towards the low spots. this would be something i would have to come check the floor out and see exactly how bad the floor is.

I found a guy that has a machine to remove failing epoxy and paint. A two car garage he charges about 6 to 8 hundred bucks. He hand grinds the edges and gets it ready for a fresh coat of epoxy.

sorry, haven't been on here much lately. been pretty busy.

if there is already coatings on the whole floor i usually grind up what isnt stuck and put new coatings down. if the homeowner wants all the old coatings up i can do that too but price goes up even more.

i cant give a price for something like this without looking at the floor in person.

ABER61- so the guy is only grinding the edges for $6-800 or the whole floor? do you know how many sq ft your 2 car is? that seems expensive, but like i said above i would have to see it in person.
