Default Tires size vs GAs mileag/rpms

okay i have a 88 Burb 3/4 ton 2wd

it has 235/85/16 "E" tires on it now

i have a set of 245/75/16 "E" tires in better shape......

the 245s are little shorter so they will spin more revolutions creating a few more rpms. Does anybody think this will have a big effect on gas mileage? Getting ready to drive 600 miles in two weeks with the b2 on a trailer behind it.
