Default Speed Enforcement Zone - Auburn Hills

Squirrel road in front of Oakland University and the Auburn Hills Police Department/Civic Center. (University Drive)

There are large signs both north and south of the zone for oncoming traffic. Signs are yellow diamond with big black letters saying "Speed Enforcement Zone" yet the cops are still real busy pulling people over.

45 mph

thanks for the heads up.... not that it is a common road but featherstone west of opdyke usually has a cop sitting in one of the silverdome entrance drives, 35 there. if you were to go faster your car would fall apart so I'm not srue why the guy sits/sleeps there.

Is it like the "seat belt enforcement zone" where they warn you 1/4 mile before, or is it you notice the sign when its too late?
