Default Carb for my 258

Looking for a carb for my '86 CJ7, want to get rid of the carter. Preferably the MC 2100 jetted 1.08, or any suitable weber will do. Don't really like that guy on ebay, haven't heard good things.

I might be selling my Weber that is currently on my 86 CJ. I am supposed to be picking up a dual port intake this weekend and want to sell the Weber to help pay for a Holly carb. The Weber is off my Jeep and worked before I tore down the motor. It is a Weber K551, 300 cfm 2-barrel with linkage. I have a Red Line jet kit and a few rebuild parts have been added last year (o-rings, gasket, etc.). The only problem is with the spring cover over for the choke. The small cover vibrated off and I had to fasten the diaphragm without the cover or spring. I may be able to make a cover but have not been able to find someone selling just the little cover.

If you are interested I can send pics...I'll let ya know on Sun or Mon if I am selling for sure based on getting the new intake. PM me or I'll check this posting. - MT
