Default Places to Wheel around Ann arbor

Trying to find places to wheel. Aside from tearing up a new housing devolpment today I haven't found much. I just don't really know where to go. I see alot of jeeps around the area, they gotta go some where. Does anyone in the ann arbor/dexter area got a place thatis not off limits.

Went to a place with some nice big hills and came back today and a do not enter sign was posted. I am perplexed, don't really want to pay a fee but who knows.......

You wont get any responses on where to illegaly wheel here.

theres a legal place in monroe and a legal place in flint.

Nothing to wheel legally in thsi area unless you are lucky like me and have acess to 15 acres

I'm not so far away from monroe... is there any place on the forum where I could find more info about that. I'm new to the site, just registered today actually and I'm looking for the exact same thing, not necessarily asking for someplace illegal though, perfectly legal for me is fine. I'd just like to get some info on locations, what it costs, what the requirements/rules are. If you could hit me with something, or direct me to a place on the forum that already exists, I'd appreciate it a lot! Thanks. By the way I'm in Toledo, Ohio, just below the MI border.

Thanks again

its funny, we used to have several legal areas around A2, they all have been bought up and turned in to business parks ,Golf courses and housing developments. i don't think any place still exists that we used to wheel at. the best old place was off Park rd. it was about 400 acres of private land and the cops would lieve us alone, now its all gone.

I know of nothing around A2 (I work in Scio Township at NAPC...formerly ProQuest). You'd be lucky to find a dirt road. But when I visit the U.P. every year...or my bio-dad near Manistee (Freesoil)...or mom and sis near Oscoda (Mikado). Ahhhh...how I miss those "Seasonal Road" signs. And the terribly ancient logging roads! I need to get an ORV sticker this year.

The area is Hiess Road in Monroe, its an actual road, It will eventually dead end and theres a 1/2mile of mud back there thats it. it opens up May 1st I believe. Free no cost, not much fun either but its legal.
