Default 79 Dana 44 to 89 ttb f150 swap

Does anyone know what modifications, if any, will it take to swap the dana 44 from a 1979 F150 to an 89 F150 TTB? Are the radius arms mounted the same way and in the same location? Any info at all on this swap would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

well they make a kit to do it for broncos.
as far as radius arm the 79s ran a way different one. if you cut everything out of a 79 and then cut your ttb out it souldnt be to bad. my cousin did it to his bronco. 94 one ton he knows what all is involved

Thanks Highboy. If you get a chance to talk to your cousin could you ask about that swap and maybe get a little info? I think that I'll try and use the radius arms from the 1979 if I can fab up a bracket for the back. We'll see thanks for the reply.

Keep them rollin in boys I'm trying to find out as much as I can before I start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
