Theres a piece of land that is dirt cheap, but this website looks "odd".

I had a friend looked into it. He said it reaked like a scam so he never went too far with it.

It says approximately 1 mile by 1 mile. It must be really approximate, because I think 1 square mile is 640 acres....

there's a survey linked there, the lister can't do basic math... (1230 ft <> mile )

also note: "road way easement" - more than likely there isn't any improved access to any of those parcels for miles around. part of that clue is the lack of public utilities referenced as well.

I love how the pictures show beautiful vistas and scenic waterways. Its probably properties that are landlocked and barely habitable.

It was on the news about a month ago. It's Legit. Most of the stuff I've been looking at is From Cali. I kind of thought that to be wierd.
