Ahem... they have to apply this little thing called "innocent until proven guilty" not accused by someone who dislikes him.

But was there any eveidence gathered. I doubt it, because police proving something like this is very hard. Plus normal people would have insurance to cover the damage.

All I wanted to see was the cops stopping by to say hi to him.

I aggree they should have at least gone a question him. Usually when a report is taken and they ask do you have an idea of who might have done this. They usually go talk to that person.

But then again unless there has been evidence gathered to prove that this person did it. Then it is there word versus yours.

Have you went and got any copies of the police report. That way you can see if it is accurate or not. As well to put into your own file.

Sure it does, you have a 6'4" 210 pound 200 pound benching roid raging mad man with a pipe chasing alleged illegal immigrants that are 5'7" 135 pounds soaking wet in Sagatuck Mi. All because he believes they vandalized and stole his license plate from his 1995 s-10 blazer.

Then those 5'7" 135 pound soaking wet illegal immigrants are chasing him around. All to tell them that they did not do it.

reading is fundamental.

The cops in saugatuck (where the other car was) didnt even want a name. Refused to take an idea of who we thought it was.

Sometimes it amazing as to all it takes is cops showing up and having the "alleged" say "oh, it was me, here are the plates, I appologize." Its how it worked with me in hs.

But whatever, bed, maybe ill get some decent feedback in the morning. I knew it was too eraly for me to be replying to my post.

Was dunkin donuts about to close for the night. Maybe they wanted to get one more donut and coffee. Obvious they didn't care.

Oh did they mention that property damage can be considered a civil issue and not get involved.

Decent feed back what did you want from us at this time of day.

Listen man I gave you proper legal advise. If you don't know I do work in law enforcement. Heance all the reasons I gave you advice about not going after this guy, the fact I gave you information on the laws that you are breaking.

My dad always says 2 wrongs don't make a right. By what I read from your postings dude. You could have been charged with at least 2 felonies if not more. You being upset because the police are doing what you wish. Well that is out of frustrations because of your vehicle being damaged. When you talk to the police that is what they hearing. In your posts I can tell your frustrated and upset and that you want the person responsible to be prosecuted. But in incidents like this that usually does not happen. The only time police really care is when a large amount of money is loss or going to be loss because of repairs. A 500 dollar paint job from maaco will probablly do your blazer some good.

But if you think your going to file a report of this persons alleged actions you best be ready. You best be ready for what could happen to you. As in this person filing reports of slander defamation of character, reports of felonious assault, and who knows what else.

You asked for advice and I gave it to you.

If you are worried about your family and girlfriend and yourself then go file for a ppo. If it is granted then the next time this person comes near you, you can get him for violating that ppo and put him in the clink.

But if you don't change your muscle head thinking ways your going to end up in the clink yourself. Most likely with a some big guy named Bubba telling you to pick up the soap in the shower.
