Default Mufflers

Now I have had Flowmasters and I still love them but I was considering trying a new muffler out for my DD '99 CHEVY and I was wandering what other people have tried and liked. So besides Flowmaster what else has a nice deep sound that rumbles badass truck.

Aye... 3" straight pipe from the cat back

I have a Magnaflow stainless muffler with 2.5" inlet/outlet if you wanna strap it on to see how it sounds.

Everyone I've talked to that ever had a Hooker Aerochamber on their vehicle has loved the sound and flow. Go find a video or sound clip of anything with an aerochamber on it, V8 of course, and you'll fall in love with the sound.

I have an old Dynamax race magnum and its Waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy better than the flowmasters. The motor sounds like it should, not the "fake flowmaster" echoing crappy sound BBBBBBLLLLLAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTT.

For what its worth I had a 3" straight through muffler (pick it up and stick your hand through it type) and it was quieter than the flowmaster with a far superior tone.
