That's a great area for deer hunting. ATV riding and snowmobilng!

I have done all the above for years in that area.. A good friend of mine had a place just off Chase Bridge rd.

yeah, there is lots to do. There is even a small bar and party store about a mile down the road....Golf course as well.
I'd keep it but the wife wants a camper so something has to give.

My listing with the realtor ended yesterday. I'll sell it by owner for well under the $59,900 listed price.

Yeah, my listing ended a couple of weeks ago. He didn't waste time in taking it down.
I havn't re-listed it yet so I could work something by owner still.
It's located on 3893 Chase Bridge Rd, east of Grayling 10 miles and north of Roscommon 12 miles. Just south of M-72 by a half mile.
About 900 sg. ft, 2 beds and 1 bath, most of the inside has been re-done the past 6 years, including plumbing and fixtures, electrical, flooring, wall covering, hot water heater, stove, and fridge included.
Also most of the furniture stays, log queen bed and mattress, sofa sleeper and loveseat, and a few beds up stairs.
Large corner lot, apprx. 2.5 acres. Other houses in immediate area.
Two radiant propane furnaces, one has blower that heats lower bedroom and family room with a built in fan. other is just radiant and heats kitchen area and upper bedroom.
It was bank appraised in 2001 for $70,000, asking $59k
Has a small detached garage that needs a little work but very usable.
Roof was re-done 2 years ago.
Grass needs to be mowed!

if you post the address I can pull it up on www.Zillow.com and see what it looks like from the air. plus it gives its aprasied value. sendly if you have any pics could you post them? I have looked in this area many times and found little to nothing trhat I liked.

Keep it, it will go up in value. They are putting in an amusement park off of 4 mile rd. A Cabellas is coming too along with a few high dollar hotel chains.
