jthomp - are you running 37's? I'm looking at doing the same thing. I got a 4in. full traction lift and looking to go to 37's.

I just put the 4" Full Traction on my rig and was told I could have gone to 37's....

looks like you have the long arm I only have the short arm or "flex arm" 4 in.

Yes I'm running 37's on a 2" OME kit and 3/4" spacers (the spacers are there to balance out after I've got a tire carrier and another winch) Had to trim the rear and still need to a bit more.

saw these in person this weekend ,they look very good almost like a jk. now if i can just get you to stop being a sally and try things i will be happy..

Wow I love this idea! I've been thinking about doing it myself.
Can you post up a little more datial about the planning out of this project? Did you have to move things uner the hood too??

A) How did you cut the sheet metal? Especially to follow the contour of the bends so well.

B) Did you weld the sheet all the way? the tube and sheet look seamless! Good work
