I know its not a 'zuki but we have no Isuzu area

My roommate has a '98 Isuzu Amigo V6 that has been slightly modded with the cats cut off and after market muffler put in. Also it has a finagled cold air intake put on. For some unknown reason to us it recently started running rough then the right bank of cylinders would cut out. This happens after about 20 seconds run time while under load. At idle it happens every noww and then but generally no, and at wide open throttle it goes away, but at cruise or even mild acceleration 3 cylinders just dont fire. Now (it being a manual) if he pushes in the clutch, turns the key off then back on quickly, it runs fine for around 20 seconds again.

He has beat the shyte out of this poor thing and it has put up with it well. But we swear its not from offroading:tonka:

any ideas by chance??

ignition contrl module, take it off, take to VatoZone to have it checked.

make sure they do it a few times, becuase they usually fail after they heat up.

btw, i'm assuming it has an ignition control module
