Default F-250 questions

How do I go about finding out the value of parts from my '91 F-250 4x4 5.8L 4sdp w/od? Trying to make a decision if I should just "scrap" the truck or if I could get more out of the truck if I were to "part out". Thanks for all your help guys!

Any other suggestions? Code on Manufactures Sticker says:
Trans code "N"
Axle code "C9"
Spring code "74F"

Maybe this will help somebody decipher.
