I have a Hobart Handler 180 and i love it! Does anything i could ask of it 230v 175amp max, though the duty cycle goes down considerably at max output, i rarely need the max settings. I would have bought a bigger one, but a friend was in financial trouble and i picked it up 3 months old for $400. I'm glad i didn't waste my money on a bigger machine that i didn't really need.

Keep in mind that welding/fab is more of a hobby than anthing for me. If i was welding constantly i would opt for a machine with a higher duty cycle.
