1984 ranger 4x4 351w SOLD

Hey guys wanting to off my ranger. It's been sitting for the last three years and don't want it anymore. It's a 351 windsor that ran good til I put gear driven timing then started doing some strange shit(see below) Still ran when parked just hasn't been started in about three years. Missing a carb, has a wiend intake, have about 1,500 bux just in the motor. Got a EB dana 44 front with scout II knuckles and 3.73 gears all gone through 3 years ago, had DTS install the gears and bearings and everything. C-4 trans built well with shift kit. 1350 t-case. 8.8 rear 28 spline with limited slip. 33" boggers that are in near new condition, got about two runs on them. Body is in decent shape, flopped it on the passenger side (will get more pics). It's got dual gas tanks.

Engine isn't stock by any means. The heads are ported, its got roller rockers, keith black pistons, bored .030 over, comp cam, gear driven timing (which made it run really fawked up) I forget what else I did to it.

with the gear driven timing the distributor cap would break off unless I had it zipped tied down. The rotor stripped out a few times. Really odd shit. Never heard of something like that happening. Put a chain back on and it will be fine. Or adjust whatever the hell is wrong with the gear setup.

I think thats it. Any questions just ask. First $1500 takes it, parts alone are worth more than that. Located about 50 miles northeast of detroit. Casco twp.

I'll try to get better pics of the tires. Believe me, they have less than 250 miles on them.

I don't put shit on the ranger station mainly because no one has any money on there and most people aren't from MI.

Looks like alot of truck for $1500. I too would buy it if I could, looks like it probably has some pretty bad bump steer though!

It actually isn't bad. I set up that front steering before I knew what I know I know now but it actually steers really good. I just used used it as a trail rig anyway.

No thanks, the only trade I would consider is a car hauling trailer. Thanks though.
