I am putting the motor, axles , seats, and tires From the CJ-7 on the CJ-8. Here is the hard part, it needs to be done for my trip to KY April 9th. Got it painted last weekend

Yep, the Cj-7 is being tore down as we type, wish me luck. Now to figure out how to fit 2 jeeps on a trailer when one grew a little and it was tight before.

What are you doing with the 'ol 7 chassis? It always looked like it was in decent shape. It won't be the same seeing you wheel in a green cJ8 lol.

Can't wait to see the result!

Yes me and Fordflairside painted it, you can tell when you see it in person I didnt want perfect paint job like the 7, I was to scared to hurt it. It is hard to get rid of a I-6 that can kick a v-8s ass in compitition mud.
