Default 98 Eclipse GST - 81k Clean & Modded

I know it's a Jeep site but maybe there's someone interested in DSMs here.

Price has dropped $6245
Very Negotiable! More pics upon request.

Bought this eclipse simply to tune it and fix some issues the car had (door handles, hatch struts, radio, misfire (plugs/wires/intake hose, bad mbc). 60k has been done. And yes only 81,000 miles! Tuned at the moment for daily driving, but feel free to up the boost and smoke the tires.

Body/Paint - 8/10
Interior - 8/10
Performance - 9/10

EvoIII 16g w/internal 34mm wastegate
RC 550 injectors
190lph fuel pump
Jpipe (unknown aftermarket which I just had drilled for the boost source)
Greddy UICP
Greddy TypeS BOV
Balance Shaft Eliminator
ACT 2100 Clutch (very strong still)
Fidanza Fly
Fresh Syncromesh fluid
Full Apexi N1 exhaust
Apexi SAFCII (black)
Apexi Turbo Timer
Panasonic CD player (have OEM also)
Boost gauge
Oil pressure gauge (not wired yet)
3 gauge pod A pillar
B&M Style short shifter
16" OZ Gunmetal Wheels
K&N Style Intake
Taylor Racing Wires
NGK Plugs (50 miles on them)
Turbotech MBC

Power everything, Keyless Entry, Moonroof (no leaks), AC works great, heat is HOT, burns no oil.

Issues - Starter takes 1-3 tries to start but I will be replacing that next week if it isnt sold by then. 2nd gear grinds sometimes (it is a DSM). It is avoidable with double clutching, skipping 2nd and going to third, or rpm matching and shifting easy. It has recently became must less of a problem with the warmer weather. Drove it all day and not one grind. Like I said, it's avoidable but sooner or later 2nd gear will need to be replaced if you want to race it hard. Tires are getting towards the end of their life as are the rotors. But instead of me doing those myself I figured someone would rather save money negotiating me down and pick their own.

I've listed it at $6245 which is actually below kbb and NADA. Considering the modifications that are done (not a hack job), the low miles, and the few issues I feel its a fair starting point. But believe me when I say Very Negotiable!

Default i'm DSM fan

in a previous life we moved to bloomington-normal and i was the personnel administration manager for DSM. was one of the 20 chrysler and 50 mitsubishi people at the core of the green field start up. arrived just before ground breaking and involved in hiring the first 1500 or so salary and hourly employees.
nice town, nice people, nice automobiles.

Just to go along with the 2nd gear grind, yes most dsm do it mine does it in 3rd and on the warm days like today its not a problem. also how much did all that intake and blow off valve equipment cost id like to get rid of my stock stuff.

This is the exact thing that's going on. Out of the 3 dsm's I've owned, 2 have done the seasonal synchro issue.

Also, I'd estimate you could get the bov/intake setup that I have going for under $300.
