Older CJ5 Year?? Flat 4 cyl, 3 speed !!!! SOLD!!!

This is a 5 I got to do a build with and now that I have the XJ i'm letting it go. Complete drivetrian Flat head 4 with a hydrolic plow pump (jeep brand)

I think 44 rear and 27 front but not sure of front.seats some what trash but good frames. Frame in great shape Window was someones target. Body fixable for crawler project. of trail rig.

$200 takes it and all conected away

18 and 18 I beleive on trans and case maybe, Case has the off set rear shaft. Engine ran 5 years ago and has set since. I would think you could start it. engine pics in a few.

could be the t-18 tranny, it was an option, most likely a t-86 or t-90

t-case is the 18

What option is that? The "4-speed without 4th gear" option?

I'll guess T-90 since the T-86 was the 3-speed used behind the V6.

it was an option to buy it with the t-18, the t-14 and t-90 were the standard transmissions, t-86 was for the v6 I looked at that wrong

I think what you looked at wrong was the "4 cyl 3 speed" in the title of the thread. According to the chart you linked to, that gives you only one option.

I was wondering about that. I couldn't imagine jeep using a flat head in that body style. Good price, can't buy.

The rear 44 has 2-pc. axle shafts (not flanged 1-pc. shafts), which would mean it would be a pre-1970 model. It doesn't look like a T-18 was available then.
