it looks funky at the bottom because i was taking the pict from my phone and dont have a flash on it and had a flashlight kinda glaring on the bumper

nice work Pat, I think there'd be a good market for 1/2 ton dodge rams 02+ with similar bumpers.

Look at IronMan's third picture. It looks like theres a 3/16 plate about 6" tall welded vertically inside the bumper that goes back the full depth of the bumper. The clevis mount is welded on the front of the bumper and the inside edges are welded to the vertical plate. I like the 1" ribs that go across the inside of the bumper to keep it from flexing if you pull from the hitch. That's some really nice work with some foresight in it to make sure it will hold up.

How did you get your ins Co. to pay for the bumper?
O by the way I really like it Ill have to save my pennies and get a hold of Ironman... Nice work.

He got in a wreck and they payed for a new bumper that was ruined, does not matter where the bumper comes from
