Default Custom front TJ Bumper

Custom Bumper
Ive been looking for a tj bumper with built in fog lights and can only find one and i don't like how it looks.
So i sent Pat from Ironman Offroad a email about making me a custom bumper
and he sent me some picts of one he made for a XJ with the lights built in and I then edited it this is what i cam up with

the first 2 pictures are the original the second 2 are what i want changed.

Fog light mounts added, d-ring tabs added, and smaller stinger.

The bumper i have right now has a winch mount and i dont have any plans on putting a winch in.
and if i ever need to thats what the receiver is for
And let me add my insurance company is buying this for me.

before i make it final is there any thing else i should change

So you want the little office guy peeking over your bumper? :flipoff: Looks good, Pat can knock that out with no problem at all. He'll probably have it done by the weekend.

Looks sweet! Only thing I would add is maybe some sort of grill action over the built-in fogs.
Let us know a price! I'm look'n for a front also!

Below are the pics of the bumper that was built per the customers rendition of the above bumper pictures. It is in primer as the customer will be applying the top coat.

3/16" is the thickness of the bumper base material

why no closeup pics of the welds?

Also, can you show a closeup of how the clevis brackets are tied in on the backside?
