what rear axle is under my old mans 02 F250 it is a 2002 7.3 ?


where can i get a rear diff cover ASAP in KZOO???

Ford 10.5 and any junk yard should have some as they have used the 10.25 and 10.5 since around 1987 or so. Im not 100% sure a 10.25 is exactly the same but i think they will work.

Had to replace mine last summer on my 2000. Dealer stocked the cover and said it's a fairly common problem.

Might of had water in it. I have seen a suburbans rot out in my high school auto shop. But was a 1997 I think.

yep, go the the dealership and get a finned aluminum one for an '08... should be $50-60. lots of guys on fordtruckworld have done the swap, all you need is new hardware, which the dealer sells, but 5/16-18 x 1.25" cap screws from the hardware store will be cheaper and look nice.
