(flame suit on and zipped)

That biker was following WAY too close. Had he been back a little further, he would have had time to avoid the car. Typical of the young punks I see riding hot bikes. They ride like they have the world by the balls, zig zagging in and out of traffic. I give them as much space as I can.

I'm guessing he may not have used his turn signal, either. Granted, I rode a bike for 4 yrs. (my only transportation through college), and there are a lot of moron drivers out there. In this case, though, he was riding way too close.

also if you look you can see that the car is hugging the the center line. This USUALLY means they are getting over so they can see the other side of the road... debating if they have enough room/time to pass.

When I drive I ALWAYS watch the cars and how close they are to the lines. Its called defensive driving

I dunno about the racing part, but it does appear the red car wanted to make a pass also and the motorcycle was impatient and got exactly what he deserved.

The way I see it. The bike was running a cam so I'd guess he was up to something dumb.

watching it again .. the red car wasnt close enough to make a pass on the white car .. which was in front of it.. the red car had no reason to be in the left lane..

I will say that I have seen a lot of drivers that always drive the center line, and yes the bike was too close. But when you hear a rocket wind up it may be a good idea to not try and move over right away. Also if you see a bike right behind you pay attention. When I first started riding bikes I was told theres two things on the road potholes and assholes and you have to watch out for all of them, even if the guy in front of you is your buddy.

Not sure if the bike used his turn signal or not, should he? Yes, should the guy in the car have used his? Yes. So it's hard to say who is at fault, however they both could have done things to avoid the situation.

Rember the best defense is a good offense, pay attention to whats going on around you and you will be more preparied for situations that occur/

Did anybody else notice the Speedo on the bike was comeing down from 70 -80 miles an hour. He wasn't on the Highway, He was being A Retard. As he accelerated to pass he reached about 60-70. I"ve wanted to do the same thing as the red car before. I hate it when people like that drive motorcycles like they don't have to respect the speed limit or any other law. They Can't just drive how they want and It's sad to see the guy in the red car actually do it, but the guy in the motorcycle deserved it and it was his Fault it happened. He was speeding, and driving stupid. But some how I'm not surprised. I know When I'm driving I look out for What's in front of me most of the time.

Why would you care if there is some Retard on a Cycle behind you? It's his responsiblity to watch out for what's in front of him. Plus all that we know the bike could have come up too fast, gotten in the his Blind spot (Red car could have the music Cranked) and when he looked back (to make his Pass) he didn't see the cycle because guess what? The cycle was already to the side of him because he Accelerated at a Ridiculous Rate. I've almost hit stupid people like that in that same situation. Not on Purpose but because I didn't even see them start to pass.

End lesson, Motorcycles have to obey the laws just as much as Cars. If you want to drive like a retard, Don't do it around other people. Or....God Forbid, Go race on a Track.

you my friend are a retard.....here is a screen shot of when he started to slow down

1. they are in like england or something......kmph not mph.....that means he was roughly doing 55 mph by the time he went to pas he was down to about 35 mph
2. note what gear he is in....hes in 2nd.....didn't even down shift to pass....those bikes are insane fast.....if he "was driving like a retard" then he would have down shifted and flew by him
3. ppl like you that dont pay attention to what is going on around them on the road is what makes em so freaking dangerous for everyone

This is why you cannot rely on just your mirrors when switching lanes. It dosn't take but 2 seconds to look over your shoulder
