I've had good luck pulling out oil stains by putting dry mortor on the stains & let it sit for a while(over night if possible). It works good for me.

I used u coat it on my new garage floor with the gloss automotive finish. it was over virgin concrete and has held up freakin fantastic so far. the dust from cutting wheels and fine metal has dulled the gloss by the workbench but I can just add more clear urethane gloss if need be. oil, dirt, trans fluid, antifreeze just mop it up. totally worth it if you ask me anything that scratches it is only scratches the gloss coating.

go get some stuff called purple power poor it on thedirty areas and scrub it with a stiff broom the power wash it should do the trick I have to use it at work and it does a good job.
