I have no idea actually. I just estimated from the distance between the places. But, I'm sure the back and forth does add up. But hey, I've learned how to drive in reverse alot faster over this last winter.

750-1100 miles a week during the summer. 500-700 or so in the winter.

86 one way, so round trip 5 days a week, 860 miles, and I usually work weekends, that would equal 1004 miles a week just for work.

If I just go back and forth to work I drive about about 6 miles a week. Most of the time the gf comes to my house but if I go to ther house it's 11 miles one way. Other than that I live within 2 miles of pretty much everything I need, dozens of restaurants, a meijer and an L&L, the mall, target, best buy, circuit city.

Oftentimes in the winter I go three weeks or more without having to fill up the 12 gallon tank on my car.

I work less than 2 miles from where I live. This was no accident, I shopped for a house close to where I work. I HATE idiot drivers, I don't like wasting time sitting in a car for the purpose of getting from point A to point B, I like to go home for lunch, fuel costs... pick your reason.
It takes me 5 minutes to get home. In addition to how much money you are spending getting to and from work, how much time are you wasting? I lived in L.A. for over 5 years and 'commuting' almost drove me out of my mind, I learned my lesson.

Every Friday I drive to Lansing from Kalamazoo. Then Saturday and Sunday morning I drive to Detroit from Lansing and spend 8 hours circling around Detroit...but that's in a work truck.

I'm 48 miles round trip, but have a company vehicle so fuel isn't a factor for me at this point. That could change tho'.

My wife drives 64 miles a day round trip. Thats why last spring she parked the Suburban and bought the Saab.
