wanted: trans expedition

my buddy just lost overdrive and reverse in his 98 expedition 4x4. he also said its now leaking fluid, just drove to indiana and it went on the way back. does anyone no what would cause this or have a trans to buy to swap out.
he said it has push button over drive.

here is a crappy quick drawing of what the trans pans look like. This would be the easiest way to tell if you have a quick minute to take a peak underneath it.

hey tom the list above says i either have a e40d or the 4r100 and according to your drawing same pan. any other ideas to find out what trans is in it...

and either way does anybody have one of these or what would it cost to get it fixeded.
