You got screwed. Those are Dana 30 ball joints. Parts guy must have looked them up for the compact version... those are the ball joints for an XJ or MJ etc...

I was so excited when that napa opened up by my house. Its one of those fancy new high performance napa's with all the high performance goodies. Excited because the guy behind the counter should have some automotive knowledge, or at least enough knowledge to look up the right part. I went to buy AN fittings there a couple weeks ago and they were 400% higher then summit racing. 80 bucks vs 20 bucks.

I'm batting 100% so far with being handed the wrong parts there.

The trw numbers SHOULD be 10252 and 10253 for the proper joints. See what they are going to cost. Otherwise go to an Auto Value and get Moog K8194T and K8195T. I can sell you those Moogs pretty cheap if you can wait to have them shipped to the dark side.

I go to the same NAPA as 99grandTJ and they have told me the same thing....

Are MOOGS really THAT much better then the standard lifetime ones they have? an extra $50 per joint is a big chunk of change.

I member of this community hooked me up with moogs at cost, and I have them now

Two moogs for the same price as an autozone el cheapo joint.
