no, if they do actually come to take your guns, by all means defend yourself. I just don't see it happening.

"U.S. President Ronald Reagan appointed Brady as his press secretary on January 20, 1981."

Strange I never realized press secretaries were suppose to "take a bullet" for the pres.

I don't get this. Why??

WTF is the difference between a guy with an AK with a 12 round clip in his hand and a guy with a 14 round 9mm in his hand and a guy with an 8 round 12 gauge with bird shot??

Each one has the potential to kill a vast number of people. Shotguns aren't assault rifles, nor is a 9mm pistol. So, tell me then, what good will banning only assault rifles do?? Seriously, Tell me.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think some people should have an Uzi or an M-16...but then again those people are the ones who shouldn't be allowed to have a single-shot 4-10 either

I have to fall back on the old addage that says "if guns were outlawed, only outlaws will have guns". That holds true for assault weapons as well as a small handgun.

I do think though, that if you're caught using a gun in a crime, the penalty is the same as it should be for ALL rapists and nearly all murderers- DEATHBY PUBLIC SKINNING.

exactly my point. unless you are the president and you are appearing with the president it is your job to take a bullet for the president. if you don't understand the risks of being attached to the president don't take the job. as press secretary in time of attempted assassination you should take the bullet so the president doesn't. If you have the assumption that being out in public with the president won't get you shot that is your problem.

My experience with the Brady bill/ ban was a good one. Bought weapon/ hi cap mags/ and ammo on the cheap before ban, sold all post ban for 3 times what I paid for them Maybe the gov should outlaw crazy people/ thugs (living things that have motive & intent) vs. in animate objects/ or mediums? For the record, I no longer own any guns (except my red rider they will have to pry that from my cold dead hands).

Hey for all you people that want to ream this guy you can join this hate group on Facebook and Let the whole "facebook" world know. Facebook.

I agree that it's Sick, but some of the comments on the wall of that group are worst then the idea of thorwing a puppy over a Cliff. Along the lines of Bashing in this guys head with a baseball bat and saying his parents failed him as parents. Its alittle out of hand. Still Gave me Chuckle.

:edit: I didn't join.

How many 6 page posts do we have about one of our soldiers dying a cruel death over there?

Oh, but it's about the puppy...

Ok. I get it now.
