Default Can any DVD be burned?

I was wondering if any DVD can be burned to make an extra copy. I have a friend that is willing to let me burn a copy of his P90X workout DVD's. Does anyone know if this will work or do I have to have any special programs to do it?

You had to use one program to decrypt it and another to burn it. But that was a few years ago. There are probably better programs to use now

I use cloneDVD and AnyDVD together and it works great.
I am using that P90X right now and like it a lot by the way.

Do you know if I will have to use that program to copy P90X?

I believe that you do because they are encrypted.
