Thats what made me think of that. I'm watching the race, and noticed JR's car is now 88. This made me laugh because of all the #8 stickers I see everywhere. That is pretty funny to think about people who had that tattooed

This race is weird. Why did they stop it? Why are they cutting holes in the track now?

For some reason, cutting holes in the track doesn't seem like the proper fix.

Ground water seeping up from under the track. The grooves were to help the water drain to the bottom of the track, off the racing surface. Seemed to help, and it got em back racing. Of course, then it just rained on top of it.

And incidentally, the 5 took out Jr, he didn't wreck on his own.

Someone said he wrecked, just pointing out he was a casualty, not the main cause.

It's not as late on the west coast. They'll be gettin it going around 10pm out there, but 1am here. Still, thats a long as day, just to climb in the car for another two and a half hours.
