Default Toyota Traction Bar

I'm looking for a cheap and easy way to prevent axle wrap on my 85 Toyota. I've got a lot of bouncing going on and I don't like it. My truck is an extended cab and I believe it was a long box (don't have the box anymore). If you could offer any suggestions I sure would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Chris

Pro Comp makes traction bars for Toys. Performance Products has them in their catalog.

if you can weld you can make them cheap with parts from tractor supply. like $30-$40

Have you looked at an add-a-leaf? They stiffen the springs up quite a bit and even add a bit of lift. They worked well on my 4Runner when it was in stock form. Picked them up from Summit for cheap.

if you can weld or know someone who can its pretty simple to make one. 2 points of attachment at the axle spaced a few inches apart, 6 or so. then a simple shackle attached to a cross member and you are all set
