ok another problem. it seems that on 4wheel parts dont have a detroit locker for the front to fit 513 gears. can i order 513 thick gears to fit on my 410 rear carrier and just order a 410 carrier for the front?

The rear axle doesn't care what carrier the front has as long as the gears match.

Are you not allowed to buy the Detroit anywhere else or something? Its not like a 35-spline 4.56-up Detroit doesn't exist.

Thick gears with a 4.10 down carrier is the only way I know of that you can get 5.13s these days for a high pinion. I believe thin 5.13s were discontinued, but some parts houses might still have some.

Most rear 60 carriers have 30 spline side gears, which will not work with the front 35 spline shafts. You will have to use a different carrier, or swap out the carrier side gears.

It was the locker he said he couldn't find, but he was only looking on one site.
