Yes. Go a little further south to Playa del Carmen if you want less crazyness.

There's no snow though, so why the hell are you going?

I'll go in your place though.

x2

I went there with apple vacations, it was pretty cool.

I went in June, and it was pretty stormy, this time of year is probably better.

Haha, I'll go instead of you if you like. As long as your wife brings the handcuffs.

X2 on Playa Del Carmen. Cancun is for kids, especially in March.

if you really want serene and relaxing, skip Mexico. Dominican Republic, Punta Cana to be exact. I've been to all the big spots in mex from Cabo to Cozumel. I'd much rather go to punta Cana. Much more laid back, less americanized, hardly any any spring break wildness. I had a palapa, a beach chair, and a Pina Colada all to myself everyday I was there, and didn't get bugged with offers to go parasailing, buy cheap sunglasses, etc.

I leave March 30th for my senior spring break with all my buddies, it's going to be nice to get away. I two years ago right before the college spring breaks and it wasn't 'bad', but Mexico is Mexico.

Werd.

I've been to the Dominican Republic around 8 times. It is my favorite.

there are better deals around spring break time just make sure you don't go to cancun during that time. I did the cancun thing in high school for spring break and it was HELL! Too many people and the city buses were jammed packed.

I agree.
It would have to be a completely free trip for me to go to Cancun.

I've also been to the Domincan, I have no plans to go back there again. It was just OK to me. Armed guards with AK's walking on the beaches at night was pretty interesting.

For a short trip, mexico is very nice. I've made six trips to Hawaii, I really love that place. But you need a week at the least.

St. Thomas was also a very nice trip.
