Default JEEP on a 77 F-250 w/460

Anyone ever put a jeep body on a ford running gear, I have a 77 f-250 That I been working on the past few years just put in a 460 wow, we redone the cab and front clip new doors windsheld x-lined the cab floor realy came out good, no box they are hard to find and the one I had was rusted to bad to re-work, So now I come up with the idea of putting a jeep body on it, I guess if it can be done Iam up for it, may be interested in trading the for cab and clip for a tub and clip.

Anything's possible with enough time, money, and a welder.

a FSJ-J20,or full sizecherokee would work goo, less frame to cut and weld.

Look in the Jeep forum, there should be in frame diagrams in there. Look at the measurements for the frame rails/body mounts.

don't know what body you're planning on using but it couldn't be too bad. especially if it's a cj or similar body. some friends and I put a dj (postal jeep) body on a foolsize bronco frame that was shortend. worked out well and was as easy as making body mounts.
