i see this TJ once a year, every winter for the last 4-5 years. This time i had a camera phone. Looks like its stretched quite a bit and my guess would be a 98-99??? Looked like it had the stock axles in it as well.
no factory jeep was like that, it is def a custom job unless it is somehow an 06 LJ or something like that. Either way a TJ did not come with those particular rims.
I saw that at the sand dunes, he said it is a rare production/prototype that he was able to somehow get. The badge says wrangler long wheel base
