You might want to get a truck like his to tow with.

Now get some air bags on the rear so you can level the truck and trailer...

what is the length?
or put the first one on backwards so the engine weight is more towards the axle?

no its just 25 total lenght, the problem with the sami was the front end just came apart, the bearing in the axle. so rebuild is on the way...it doesnt seem to be set up bad for the weight, it tows and ride so smooth now with a gooseneck compair to a tow behind...it feels like a cadi in the truck

im sure it rides nice. they always do. i put about 20k on our 20+5 just like that, but i dont sag anything like that. you dont really have much weight on it. i wouldnt expect to see more than 3-3.5 inches of sag with that amount of wieght. unless chevys are just weak undersprung trucks.

yea, i was going to say how can you tell that its sagging? i would want it to sag some what, or its going to ride like shit if the springs dont move at all...anyways it only goes down a few inchs, and levels out the truck on the overload springs

if you're just touching the overloads then that's just where you want to be truck wise. If on level ground the trailer is noise down at all and you want to raise it look to see if any adjustment on goose neck or depending on your hitch set up in the truck a taller ball plate. that way you keep your comfy ride and get a little more clearance between the bed rails and trailer incase you have to go a little off road to get to your offroading.

i guess ive just dealt with a lot of loaded trucks. i also suppose its not that bad, chevys ride low to start with. i still say its a little low.
