Sorry folks but I bet this kind of BS is one of the main reasons Marv-N-Miffy are getting out.

I'm guessing they are getting out of it due to what happened when you climbed that hill, flipped and your father was injured. They should be EXTREMELY lucky it happened to somebody like you, and not some lawsuit-crazy idiot that we hear about daily. I maybe mistaken, but I'm pretty sure you were the first "incident" they've ever had on their 4x4 course. I'm not blaming you, shit happens, but it was EXTREMELY scary for Marv and Sue, as well as the other people there.

Marv has a perfect piece of land for this event, and a awesome piece of property to live on. I'm not surprised in the least bit that they are now choosen to go away from the liability. This day in age, you can't have large vehicles, 300 people, alcohol, all on one piece of land without the chance of something bad happening.
