Are you looking for "official" military spec paint? Rustoleum makes spray paint in camo colors.

and its pretty nice stuff, goes along way and the olive matches my cj-10a (which still has the original paint on it) really closely

This reminds me of when I was in the Marines, we use to do maintenance on the jeeps and we'd use a paint brush dipped in a can of paint to touch 'em up.

the krylon and ruystoleum ultra flats work well, painted a jeep that way once, real easy to touch up also.

I have a gallon of oil based military OD green I got from General jims in Clare. stinky stuff and has to be mixed really good before use. it can be sprayed and the can has instructions for it. works really great over a quality primer. I have painted my clevis's with it and my gas cans. I got it a few years ago and cost me $49

I am stationed at Ft. Hood for the time being. They have civilians paint all of our equipment, and they do it next door to our motor pool. I asked them, if I drove my truck into the bay, would they paint it? Sort of jokingly, but not realy. They said that they used to do that, but they couldn't/wouldn't anymore. For our touch ups we also use the rustoleum. Obviously it's not the same paint, but it looks the same from a distance.

Although the non-military stuff may look good, I doubt it will be as durable as the military spec paint.
