Default Going to a business expo...

I am going to a business expo in boston in a couple days. I am writing out information to hand out to prospective clients. The way I see it I have two versions I can write. Either I can write the cut and dry, condensed version of what we offer, or I can write the slightly fluffed version. Both are 100% accurate.

Which would you choose?

If it is sales type material for the clients, which I'm assuming it is, I'd fluff it a bit.

I hear you're good at fluffing too.

Real world answer: the condensed version with the facts. ime the fluffed version always leads to a future problem.

The answer we'd all like: ditch the convention, tell them you went and handed out the propaganda and relax whilst out of town.

leave out fluff. Then your customer will not be expecting fluff. Then when you toss in some fluff on the day you go to make a sale, you will have a better chance. If you use all your ammo too soon, you won't have any left on the most important day, that is when you turn in your final quote.
