Default D60 kingpin H1 arms and cap print

just reference stuff

search terms D60 dana 60 kingpin arm arms hi-steer high steer cap caps

For reference, the center of kingpin to tie rod hole in my situation was 7.5". THIS IS NOT STANDARD. The standard throw distance in most situations is 8". I used 7.5 becuase I am full hydro and wasn't sure if my cheap ram was going to have enough balls to create enough push through the full 8" stroke

For this style cap, the bottom will have to be beveled to clear the chamfer on the kingpin cap

If you want, you can mill a 10deg flat into the arm, so yout tie-rod or heim joint sits flat.

And what my very simple arm looks like.
