It's pretty fair to say we have had our share of issues, even up to now.

The difference is the way in which we take care of those issues... that is why most of them aren't spread around the internet.

That's it in a nutshell. Years ago I had a warranty issue that was a real PITA. The customer said "it's not that you screwed up, it's how you deal with it that will determine if you get future business from us".

So many people look at the short term and blow it.

I buy back shit from my stores every day that I know is customer misuse or ignorance but I do it because of what Whiterhino said. The small loss on my part is better than losing a decent customer in the long run. And when talking fab stuff that has issues, monkeyevil is also correct. If you have any amount of customers you WILL have a few unhappy ones. You just handle it like you would want to be treated and make it right no matter the hastle, especialy now in the glorious days of the intraweb. right jp fab?

Ummm, I'll see your call, raise you a :miff: and then call your bluff. :chiefwoohaw: What in the hell are you talking about? I am doing nothing of the sort. I was simply giving an example. Ok, it's not that difficult little one, so follow along, ok? I was stating that I wouldn't go by someone elses word alone on making my decision on what to buy. I was giving an example. I had heard a few negative things about JCR in the past. (I don't need to give an example on that as most in here who slammed JP Fab didn't as well). I'm not gonna slam JCR either. I was stating that I had heard negative things a couple of years back, I decided to check it outfor myself, (therefore noteing a I was very pleased with the outcome. End result, I didn't listed to negatives and checked it out for myself. I was very pleased as JCR has excellent customer service and a great product. If I wasn't so closeby to JP Fab (there down the street) and friends with the owners, I would only get my stuff from JCR.

Now, what was so hard to understand about that JohnnyJ?

What about the pictures of the fawked up rear XJ bumper? Or the Blue TJ with crooked hacked together shit all over it? Or what about the 18 page thread on the cherokee board where they dicked the guy around on money? I'm not gonna slam JCR either. Now, what was so hard to understand about that JohnnyJ?

Your a satisfied customer thats great. You however are one, the other is ouchman. I am not taking anything away from that. But 3 unsatisfied customers is more then 2, and I am sure they had more then 5 customers. But those are not odds I am willing to go with. Nor the fashion that I saw 2 of the 3 get dealt with. The 3rd kept his

You use JCR as an example. Yes they have had problems, monkeyevil even told you so.

Let's just say that had at least 3 problems (the same as someone else). What is the difference?
1st 100's of satisfied customers.
2. The way they dealt with it.
3. This thread is not about JCR. It is about an XJ that got ALL hacked up by someone else.

The real question is what in the hell are YOU talking about?

Your ability to put your thoughts into a post and type them out to make sense is not so good.
