Default New camro dash

Ok so heres a few spy shots,

ok so what gives first this thing is ugly!!!! How can those gauges be easy to read, what about the ones down low buy the shifter? speaking of the shifter what did they do spend 30 seconds maybe 45 coming up with that? are they following ford who went back to a retro dash from the early 80's in there newer vehicles its lame and piss poor, whats next we going to re-visit talking cars and digi dash's? cant they come up with something new like the new nissan skyine, or the lambo glass dash like airplanes?

thats all

Looks like they are staying true to the prototype, best pic I have right now... IIRC Jesus was working on the cluster

Um - the whole car is retro based. If ya didnt like the 69 Camaro, you wont like this one.

I wish they would let him put the power plant in it that he wanted to!

yea cause putting in more power while fighting these newer tougher CAFE standards would be a good idea. now if you want to follow in Audi's footsteps, rumor has it they are taking there new hot R8.. which is the hottness... and slamming in a v-12 DIESEL!!! more power and great MPG.. what a concept...

I'm fine with asymmetrical steering wheels, but not ones that have symmetrical features which aren't centered on the column's axis. That will annoy the fukc out of me every time I turn the wheel.

It reminds me if a Sunfire, with all the bubbly plastic.

Hehehehe, I personally built some of that instrument cluster. I'll say this, its a prototype. Interiorwise, everything in that particular car is going to be proto plastics, not the proper paint, not the proper grain, etc. I do the electronics, display, lighting, etc. Lighting intensity, colors, etc, are also not final. Interior styling has been running slow on the Camaro, in general. Prototype cars always look like crap.

But, IMO, its not the most inventive. We are doing MUCH nicer things for GM on other clusters we have in development.

But, understand, the Camaro is and hasn't ever been about high tech, its about bang for the buck.

Hehehe, I have about 200 more of those things in the lab...

Probably the same thing as a Camero.

Now, can anybody tell me where that spelling came from?
