Default Messing with the new camera...

This thing has a TON more features. I is going to take awhile to learn what all it can do.

I LOVE the Macro setting already for extreme close-ups.

This was taken sitting on the couch,... take note of the barn on the tree

not even at full zoom+ macro

Flash @ 10'

Lazy Mutts

Cannot WAIT to figure it all out this summer shooting pics.

Few More:

And the YJ in its current unfinished state This is auto mode, it has a 'snow' mode and I can do full manual as well

Longer exposure, no flash and a tri-pod. Sometimes I will monkey with the aperture for visual effects, but I am still just playing. For that night picture I actually just used the night setting on the camera, I was trying out all the pre-sets to see if I would even want to bother with full manual.

He is the one that tipped me off to this camera with his thread, I am glad too, because this keeps me from dropping money on an SLR for awhile. This thing takes some outstanding pictures, and the menus are pretty self explanatory. I took most of the pics above before I even read the manual.

That turned out awesome!

I can't wait to start playing with some moon pictures when I eventually get a clear sky.

I will have to go back out later, lighting wasn't quite right, I was too lazy to get out of the bed when the light would be softer.

Need to crop the bottom of this one up a little

3AM this morning

My Boxer won't let me near her, luckily my mutt lets me hold her nose still.

Neither will sit still enough on their own. I think this could be clearer even, but I was shaking trying to hold both still

Started snowing on me once I went out to take pics... hence the circles. The very bottom one I sharpened a hair on the computer, I liked the windshield frame better .
