Default Good place to find GPS tracks for hiking and 4 wheeling trails?

My girlfriend got me an Etrex Venture HC for Christmas and I'm still trying to figure it out. I've figured out how to download tracks/waypoints from here, but is there like a better database of this kind of information available online? I'm looking for wheeling trails, hiking trails, rivers, etc.

Educate me. Thanks.

You should buy the Garmin Topo 2008 DVD. It has extremely detailed maps on it including most legal trails.
