What year do the full size broncs have 9in rears and straight fronts w/ discs? Just wondering, Never been much into fords until I picked up my 69 EB. Sounds like a good idea and im sure will look cool as well.
Also what kind of seats are those, pretty cool.

Should be able to but I dont have one. I took some measurements with one on a different Bronco so one should fit.

77 for sure and I think 76 all EB's had discs, it was optional before that, the Full size you're asking about were 78 and 79.

Did more work on it today. Spent about 3 hours and boxed in the rear frame rails, I should have taken before pics but I did not think of it.

Here is what I got done, next is to build a rear bumper.

Do you ever get the "cool old jeep" or "I used to have me one of them their scouts" comments?

I will let ya know, I havent driven it in a couple years but it will be ready soon. I just put full coverage on it again so as soon as I get new tab and registration the mileage will start.

I was sitting in BK Sunday with the eb on the trailer in the lot and in front of a bunch of buddies this old lady walks up to me and asks if that "old jeep" on the trailer was mine . Then proceeded to tell me all about her sons and there old jeeps etc. They all openly laughed, the "old jeep" thing is already a joke within my wheeling group.

I tried to get hagerty to cover mine for insurance, I was declined because I intended to use it "off-road".

They wouldnt insure mine either because it is lifted. I use state farm, just put full coverage on it and it is about $250 for 6 months, but if I want it insured for what it is actually worth I have to get an appraisal done on it.
