I have a 24' x 24' garage with an upstairs and I have a 45,000 BTU furnace. When I finally get around to hooking it up should heat it up just fine. I have another buddy that had a similar setup but his was 24 x 30 with the same furnace and that garage got hot as hell. I paid approx. $595 for mine brand new. This is a hell of a steal.

Bump for ya Blay!!!!!!

Dude, that thing is plenty big enough for a garage, and a good deal too.
