Default Im stuck.... Shafts?

So i got some 27 spline Zj shafts for my 93 wrangler, these i guess arw a littttle but longer not much but will fit. Which they did, But after i swaper the driver side in and took off in 4 wheel drive something inside was binding up? 2 wheel free spinning they are perfectly fine, what could this be. My ring and pinion fucked or the shaft isnt working properly. I only got to put the driver side in tho because of the vacum disconnect, would this cause it to not work seeing the passenger side is slightly different. im clueless and cant figure it out, any help would be great thank you...

Did you take the cover off and look at the r+p after your incident?

I have had to grind a 1/4" off the ends before. It is binding on the cross shaft. You can fell it bind by hand. Jack the vehicle up and cycle the steering side to side by hand at the wheel. You will be able to see what it is doing as well. It won't take long to wipe out the inner tube seal on that side as well.

K found out what the binding was, detroyed the ring gear. Missing like 15 teeth which is rediculous seeing i just got it all professionally done as of over a month ago. Brand new in the box from yukon so im pretty pissed. Thanks, anyone got a 44 with 4:88's ready to sell.
