Makes me wish I still had my '88 S10 Blazer. Although I never knew where to find the lift kit.

seen you pull into OSTC and was hoping to get to see you wheel, but didn't. I was also hoping to get a look at your RF spindle but didn't get that either. And i understand why you didn't make a build thread for it as well. But if at all possible if you could shoot me a pic in a pm of that spindle that would be awesome.

Sorry to hear about the grandson. Hope it heals quickly

This 44 was under the Grand , the stearing is exactly the same including the pitman arm off the grand . Standard cross over stearing . All the joints are " true " one ton not the so called one ton that are for 1/2 ton GM trucks .

Stearing links are dom tube that i drilled and tapped . R side Upper stearing arm is from Koz off road . 95geo gave me the info on what size tube to use and so on .

Theres nothing trick or fancy about this truck , i do suspect it will be rock solid on the trial though .

Stock rear springs with addtional leaves added and custom spring perchs Ford 8.8

Front uses rear spring pack stock from a s 10 ext cab pickup , D 44 molly shafts innear and outer with yukon super joints . I put stock lock outs on as the weak point , there easy to change when you get stupid .

Stock motor 4.3L Vortech , trans 4L60E and stock t case 4:88 gears and 2 Det lockers .

WB pushed out from 107 to 111 " 36 x 11 x 15 TSL swampers

ha ha now its a build thread , a mod will have to move the thread

Well i have this photo but it dont show the stearing very well . Springs were pushed up pretty tight you notice . I didnt want them smacking every thing .

I was still testing here and hadnt fixed the doors yet :tonka:

Wow Marv, I'm impressed. For an "old" dude, you put these young guys to shame in getting stuff built and on the trail. I will miss seeing the Grand though. Not many of them left on the trails. I still miss mine.

yes, I have some interest in the front leaf spring set up, is there a reason the front mount is like a foot higher then the rear mount?

Looks sweet, but I think McLovin has poured more of his soul into his S-10.
